Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small clove garlic, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. butter
    pinch onion salt
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 large container cottage cheese
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella/cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain meat.
    Combine onion, garlic, tomato sauce, onion salt and oregano and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Cook noodles and drain, spread light layer of meat sauce in 9 x 13 dish and then layer noodles and sauce and cheeses.
    Save a little cottage cheese to spread on top before baking
    in a 350 degree oven
    for 30 - 45
    minutes.
    Let cool
    before serving.
