Sausage-Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. regular or hot sausage
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 whole garlic clove, minced
4 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 (small) can tomato paste
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Italian spaghetti sauce mix
1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can Parmesan and Romano cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. lasagne
Preparation

Break sausage in small pieces and brown slowly in a large iron pan.
Remove sausage and drain, except for 4 tablespoons drippings. Add onions and garlic; simmer until tender.
Return sausage; blend in tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, salt and spaghetti sauce mix. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
