Cheddar Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. milk
    4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
Preparation
    Brown pork chops; drain off fat.
    Salt and pepper chops; pour cheese soup over chops.
    Also pour half soup can of milk and onion.
    Place potatoes around pork chops; cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
    Stir 2 to 3 times.
