Pesto Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. fresh basil, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic, minced
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 loaf French bread, cut into 1/4-inch slices
paprika or cayenne (for garnish)
Preparation

Blend parsley, basil, green onion, garlic and Parmesan cheese in a food processor or blender until well-blended.
Add cream cheese and margarine; blend thoroughly.
Spoon into serving bowl and chill.
