Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 tomatoes, quartered
    1 large cucumber, sliced
    1 green pepper, cut in circles
    1 large onion, cut in circles
    raw cauliflower, cut up
    radishes, cut up
    celery, cut up
    garlic salt
    oregano
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all vegetables together and sprinkle with the garlic salt, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour the oil and vinegar over the vegetables.
    A good summer dish!
