Guava Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 chicken breasts or thighs
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 (10 oz.) jar guava jelly
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 to 5 drops red food coloring
    1/4 c. sesame seed
Preparation
    Wash chicken pieces; pat dry.
    Place in
    a large baking dish. Squeeze juice of 1 lemon over the
    chicken.
    Stir guava jelly with a fork until loose and liquidy.
    Pour\tjelly
    over chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours at
    325\u00b0.\tBaste
    3 to
    4\ttimes with jelly and juices from\tpan.
    Remove
    chicken from oven.
    Pour the juices into a
    saucepan;
    thoroughly stir in cornstarch with a whisk.
    Add food
    coloring;
    sauce should be a rosy color.\tCook sauce over low heat until thickened and clear.
    Pour
    sauce over the chicken;
    sprinkle
    with
    sesame seed.\tReturn chicken and sauce to oven at once
    for\tat least 15 minutes, or until ready to serve.
    Serves 6 to 8.
