Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening or vegetable oil
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; cut in shortening until blended.
    Beat egg; add water and vinegar and add to dry ingredients.
    Stir with a fork until moistened.
    Divide into five balls of dough, slightly flatten, wrap in wax paper and chill.
