Cream Cheese Icing(To Go With Carrot Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. powdered sugar
crushed walnuts (optional)

Preparation

Soften cream cheese and margarine.
Add vanilla.
Mix in gradually the powdered sugar.
Spread on cake.
Top with walnuts.
