Hot Fruit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 (16 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
    1 can chunky fruit
    1 bottle cherries
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. coarsely mashed, cooked carrots
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Drain fruit, reserving 6 tablespoons pineapple juice.
    Combine sugar and flour.
    Add reserved juice.
    Add cheese, fruit and carrots. Mix well. Place in oblong baking dish.
