Pistachio Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 small instant pistachio pudding
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream together margarine and pudding mix. Blend in egg, then flour and baking soda.
Add chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoon on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
