Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken cutlets
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
    1/2 c. onions
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    flour for dredging
    olive oil
Preparation
    Wash and cut chicken into serving size pieces.
    Dredge chicken in flour in shallow bowl.
    Heat olive oil in large frying pan and place chicken cutlets in pan immediately.
    Brown both sides of cutlets.
    Add onions and cook until onions are soft.
    Add chicken broth and Marsala wine.
    Cook on high heat until mixture boils. Add mushrooms; cook 10 to 15 minutes until mixture (mushrooms and meat) is tender.
    Serve immediately.
