Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 oz. bottle red coloring
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, salt and cocoa together; set aside.
    Cream sugar and oil in mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Pour in greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
