Vegetable-Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked noodles
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook noodles until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain.
    Lightly brown the onion in margarine.
    Add the ground beef and cook slowly until brown. Blend in the flour and cooked noodles.
    Add can of vegetables including liquid, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    Pour into greased baking dish and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 6 servings.
