Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices bread
12 slices cheese
1 1/2 lb. sausage
9 to 10 beaten eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Grease 13 x 9 baking dish. Place 6 slices bread in dish. Place 1 slice cheese on each piece of bread. Spread 1/2 cooked sausage on top. Repeat. Pour beaten eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard on top. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
