Puffy Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour, sifted
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Beat milk, flour, salt and butter together.
    Add eggs and beat again.
    Pour batter into a greased muffin pan until they are 3/4 full.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then lower the heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 20 more minutes.
    Serve fresh from oven while warm.
    Makes 9 or 10 popovers.
