Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. dry bread, torn in small pieces
    1 (29 oz.) can crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. reserved pineapple juice
Preparation
    Moisten bread crumbs with pineapple juice.
    Mix butter, sugar and eggs.
    Combine with drained pineapple.
    Fold mixture into bread crumbs.
    Pour into 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes to 1 hour or until golden.
    Great with ham.
