Frozen Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 tsp. table salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 c. water
    1 grated carrot
    1 grated mango
Preparation
    Grate the cabbage; mix with the salt and let stand in a bowl for 1 hour.
    Mix together the remaining ingredients and boil for 1 minute.
    Cool.
    Drain the cabbage well to remove the liquid.
    Add the boiling sauce to the cabbage and mix well.
    Freeze the slaw in portions suitable for your family.
    Thaw before serving.
