Rex'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 large sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk (1/2 Pet and 1/2 sweet)
dash of vanilla
1 stick butter or margarine
5 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Bake potatoes until they stick tender with a fork.
Peel and mash with masher.
Add all ingredients and beat well.
Pour into unbaked pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0.
This mixture will make two pies.
