Jelly Roll That Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 whole eggs
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar together until light.
    Stir in flour, salt and baking powder; mix well.
    Add boiling water, then extract. Pour into well oiled jelly roll pan and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Turn out on cloth wrung from hot water.
    Trim edges and spread with jelly.
    Roll immediately.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
