Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grate zucchini.
    Beat eggs; add sugar and oil, then add zucchini.
    Sift flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon; add to zucchini mixture and add vanilla and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Cook in two loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
