Spinach-Radish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. fresh spinach, trimmed and torn
    1/4 lb. fresh watercress, trimmed and thinly sliced
    1/2 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine spinach, watercress, radishes and onion in a large salad bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.
    Pour dressing over salad; toss lightly.
    Serve immediately.
    Yield: 6 servings (46 calories per serving).
