Ingredients

7 c. cucumbers
1 c. onions, sliced
1 c. bell peppers, sliced
2 Tbsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients together and let stand 2 hours. Combine the last 3 ingredients.
Heat this mixture.
Drain cukes. Pour sugar mixture over cukes.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator, then freeze.
