Williamsburg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    few drops green food coloring
    1 c. diced, blanched almonds
    1 c. sliced sweet pickles
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. sliced, stuffed olives
Preparation
    Soften gelatin
    in 1/2 cup of cold water.
    Add to boiling water and stir until dissolved.
    Add 1/2 cup of cold water, vinegar, salt, sugar and a few drops of green food coloring. Chill until mixture thickens.
    Fold in other ingredients.
    Chill until ready to serve.
    Serves 8.
