Pecan Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Crumb Crust
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
pecan halves
Preparation

Beat the 1 cup sugar into cream cheese until mixture is smooth and creamy; add the chopped pecans.
Spread evenly in crumb crust. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven; spoon mixture of sour cream, sugar and vanilla evenly over top of pie.
Return to oven; increase temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 10 minutes longer. Garnish with pecan halves.
Chill before serving.
