Deer Salami - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round venison
1 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
Preparation

Mix together well.
Form a roll with a pound (half).
Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate 24 hours.
