Mega Tuna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/8 oz.) can solid white tuna in water, drained
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
    1 head fresh broccoli, cut into small florets (approximately 3 c.)
    1/2 c. grated low-fat Mozzarella cheese
    1 tomato, chopped
    4 green onions, chopped, or to taste
    1/4 c. slivered almonds or unsalted sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. low-fat or reduced calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing
    3 Tbsp. skim or 1% milk
    2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    In a large bowl, place tuna, olives, broccoli florets, cheese, tomato, onion and almonds or sunflower seeds.
    Toss lightly to mix ingredients.
    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, milk, mustard, garlic powder, black pepper and hot pepper sauce.
    Beat with a fork to blend.
    Pour over broccoli-tuna mixture; gently fold until ingredients are lightly coated.
    Chill well.
    To serve, eat as a salad or use as a sandwich filler in pita breads or buns.
    Makes 4 servings.
