Banana Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large ripe banana
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In large bowl of mixer, beat banana, margarine, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla at high speed until well blended.
    Beat in egg.
    Combine flour and baking powder.
    Stir in flour mixture until well blended.
    Spread evenly in well greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool on rack and cut into 30 bars.
