Cottage Cheese Filled Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium tomatoes
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. chopped pickles
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    3 Tbsp. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes, cut slices from top and scoop out center. Sprinkle with salt inside to chill.
    Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Fill tomato cups.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Serve on lettuce.
