Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. Crisco shortening
    5 to 7 Tbsp. ice cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt; cut in shortening, making mixture crumbly. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until desired texture.
    Roll out on a floured board.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
    Makes one double or two single pie crusts.
