Lobster Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Empty shells of 2 lobsters
    2 1/2 c. chicken soup (preferably home made)
    1 onion, sliced
    4 ribs celery, with leaves
    2 whole cloves
    1 bay leaf
    6 peppercorns
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    paprika
    dash of red food coloring
Preparation
    Make white sauce.
    When boiling, add the stock, then 1/4 cup cut-up lobster meat.
    Simmer mixture 3 minutes.
