Alpine Swiss Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced chicken
1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. toasted (not buttered) bread cubes
8 oz. Swiss cheese, cubed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. slivered or sliced almonds
Preparation

Mix together mayonnaise, milk and salt.
Add to other ingredients and cover with almonds.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, uncovered.
