Crabmeat A La Poogan'S(From Poogan'S Porch, Charleston, Sc) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. crabmeat
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 egg
    1/2 crumbled biscuit
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. butter
    8 mushroom caps, sliced
    4 artichoke hearts, sliced
    1/2 c. white wine
    4 large biscuits, sliced in two and toasted
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
