Spicy Hot Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium cloves garlic
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
    1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in Dutch oven.
    Add garlic and onion while browning, stirring occasionally.
    When brown, drain fat.
    Add remaining ingredients to Dutch oven.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, one hour, stirring occasionally.
    Serve hot.
    Yield:
    4 (1 1/2 cup) servings.
