Baked Carrots And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    2 medium Spanish onions
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Slice carrots diagonally.
    Cook 3/4 of the way in 1 cup water with bouillon cubes.
    Slice onions thickly.
    Cook in butter until translucent.
    Add flour and stir quickly.
    Add to carrots and place all in a buttered casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
