Lettuce With Grilled Pine Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head bibb lettuce
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. walnut oil
salt and pepper to taste
chives
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. pine nuts
Preparation

Combine vinegar, mustard, oil, salt and pepper.
Arrange salad in bowl.
Add chopped chives.
When ready to serve, melt butter over low heat.
Add pine nuts; stir well to avoid burning the nuts.
Pour on salad.
Add dressing; serve immediately.
Serves 4.
