Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

tart, juicy apples (such as Jonathan, Winesap or Rome Beauties; not Delicious)
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 to 7 c. sliced, pared apples
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix sugar, cinnamon and apples together lightly.
Pour into pie shell.
Dot with butter.
Cover with top crust.
Flute. Sprinkle with sugar.
Vent.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes (test apples with fork).
