Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

spaghetti
1 lb. ground beef or bulk Italian sausage
1 (27 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti.
Brown ground beef and stir in spaghetti sauce.
Cook 3 minutes.
In a medium bowl, stir sour cream, 1/2 of the Mozzarella cheese and egg.
Stir in spaghetti.
Place in a pan and sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese.
Spread meat mixture over entire surface.
Cover with foil and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove foil.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Cut into squares.
