Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 large egg, beaten
    3/4 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
    To make the sauce, combine sugar and flour and blend with egg.
    Stir into reserved juices. Cook and stir over moderate heat until thickened.
    Arrange pineapple chunks in a buttered shallow casserole.
    Sprinkle marshmallows on top, then add cheese.
    Spoon on sauce and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    This dish is good served with ham.
