Strawberry Crowns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. strawberry yogurt
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in the order given.
    Spoon into muffin liners and freeze until firm (can do days ahead).
    Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
    Makes 16 medium size crowns.
