Beef-A-La-Lu-Lu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small beef roast
    3 green peppers, sliced
    2 onions, chopped
    3 tomatoes, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms
    onion powder
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Roast beef.
    Discard all fat.
    Slice thinly or shave.
    Place in a large skillet that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Add all remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Cover and simmer over low heat until vegetables are soft.
    Place chunks of cheese on top to melt slightly.
    Serve on hoagie buns for lunch or over rice for dinner.
