Grandma'S Homemade Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    2/3 to 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Set the oven at 425\u00b0. Sift dry ingredients in a bowl. Cut shortening in. Pour in milk. Turn out on floured pastry board and knead. Pat or roll dough in 1/2 thickness wanted.
    Cut biscuits. Place 1/2 inch apart on an unoiled pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
