Zucchini Squash Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated raw zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Beat eggs; add oil, sugar, squash and vanilla.
Cream together.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add to creamed mixture and mix thoroughly.
Stir in nuts.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for about 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
