Fresh Berry Tiramisu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. strawberries, thickly sliced
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 to 1/2 c. Amaretto
    4 eggs, separated
    2 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
    500 gram container Mascarpone cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    7 oz. pkg. ladyfingers
    1/2 c. strong Espresso coffee
Preparation
    Mix berries with 2 tablespoons each of sugar and liqueur. Whisk 1/3 cup of Amaretto with egg yolks.
    Stir in cheese.
    Beat egg whites with mixer until soft peaks form.
    Continue beating and gradually add 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, until whites will hold soft peaks.
    Stir 1/4 of whites into cheese.
    Then fold in remainder.
