Easy Rocky Road - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    3 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Butter 8-inch square pan.
    In a large microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate chips, butter and shortening.
    Microwave on High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth, when stirred.
    Add marshmallows and nuts; blend well. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
    Cover; refrigerate until firm.
    Cut into 2-inch squares.
    Yields 16.
