Southwestern Rice With Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Lipton golden sauce rice mix (beef flavor)
    2 1/4 c. water
    2 c. cut up cooked beef or ground beef
    1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained (optional)
    8 flour tortillas, softened (optional)
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine rice with water; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
    Stir in beef, corn and green chiles; heat through. Evenly spread 1/2 cup rice mixture onto each tortilla, then roll and place on serving plate.
    Makes 8 tortillas.
