Green Salad Vinaigrette Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. safflower oil
    1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. finely chopped fresh chives
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; top with cover and blend well.
    Cover and chill dressing thoroughly.
    Serve over salad greens.
