Baked Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. roast beef, chunked
    2 c. carrots, sliced
    2 c. onion, sliced
    2 c. celery, sliced
    2 cans mushrooms, drained
    4 small sliced potatoes
    1 tall can V-8 juice
    2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Place meat in oven roaster.
    Put in vegetables.
    Pour juice over meat and vegetables.
    Sprinkle tapioca over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 hours.
