Scrumptious Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 to 2 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
    2 pkg. Provolone cheese (4 to 6 slices each)
    2 to 3 large tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix butter, oregano, basil and sage with the crackers (save a little of the crackers for the top).
    Make two layers of the crumbs, vegetables, tomatoes and cheese.
    Sprinkle the remaining cracker mix over the top. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove cover and cook for another 15 minutes.
