Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked squash
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 stick butter
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender before measuring.
    Drain.
    Add butter, salt, pepper and milk.
    Mix well.
    Add beaten eggs, onion, cheese and crumbs.
    Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
