Island Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. boiled, peeled potatoes
1 c. macaroni
1 c. sliced celery
3/4 c. grated carrots
1 can tuna
2 sprigs parsley, minced
1 pkg. frozen peas, boiled and cooled
2 c. mayonnaise
pickle juice or sweet relish to taste
1 1/2 tsp. onion juice or round onion, grated
6 hard-boiled eggs, grated
salt and pepper to taste
m.s.g. to taste
Preparation

Toss together salad ingredients.
Then add seasoning.
